Billy is very sweet and loving but also little bit naughty.
He loves his food.
Billy was born with a lot of oil glands and hair follicles missing or damaged so he doesn't have much fur.

It adds to his charm! He loves a sweater and fleecy blanket.

Billy has a kitty sister, Rosie and two doggy pals, Maggie and Lennie.
